Grosvenor Eye Clinic was established in 2022 by Mr Sameer Trikha. Recognising the need for personalised, high quality eye care in central London, Mr Trikha looks after patients with eye problems from all over the world. Formerly, Mr Sameer Trikha worked closely with Mr Richard Packard at Arnott Eye Associates, prior to Mr Packard’s retirement.
Mr Trikha is an internationally renowned surgeon and expert in micro incision cataract surgery, and produces a personalised plan for each patient, best suited to their lifestyles. Furthermore, he is an expert in glaucoma care, offering the latest and innovative treatments for all of his patients.

Glaucoma
Glaucoma is an eye condition where the optic nerve, which connects your eye to your brain, becomes damaged. It can lead to loss of vision if not detected and treated early on. It is usually characterised by high eye pressure and can often cause no symptoms. Glaucoma is a common condition, with 2% of people above 40
Cataract Surgery
Cataracts occur when changes in the lens of the eye cause it to become less transparent. The lens is the crystalline structure that sits just behind your pupil, which is the black circle in the centre of your eye. Cataracts often develop with increasing age, but can occur earlier with excessive UV light exposure of diabetes.
Laser Treatment for glaucoma
Mr Trikha offers a variety of specialised laser treatments for glaucoma, designed to lower the pressure in the eye. These can include Laser Peripheral Iridotomy, or elective Laser Trabeculoplasty. Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty is now commonly performed as a first line treatment for glaucoma, and is a pain free procedure
General Ophthalmology
Mr Trikha has been comprehensively trained to manage all general Ophthalmic problems and is supported by a dedicated team of expert Optometrists, contact lens practitioners and eye movement specialists (Orthoptists).
